Roxanne Winn Smith

Roxanne Winn Talbot Smith, 53, passed away March 21, 2017 at the Franklin County Transitional Care Center in Preston, Idaho.  She was born July 26, 1964, in Preston, Idaho the daughter of Mark Beary and Joylene Winn Talbot.  She married Robert E Smith on August 14, 1987.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoyed serving in the Primary.  She was considered everyone’s favorite babysitter.  She enjoyed crocheting.  She owned Feelin Foxy and loved her retail store.  She also enjoyed picking on her little brother and her puppies were like her kids.

She is survived by her brother, Raymond Talbot of Heyburn, Idaho.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at noon at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 South 800 East, Preston, Idaho with President Garth Stephenson conducting.  Friends may call Saturday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the mortuary.  Interment will be in the Preston Cemetery.  Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.webbmortuary.com
