Preston, Idaho Paul R. ReidPreston - Paul Ronald Reid, 71, passed away Tuesday, December 02, 2008 in Logan Utah in the Logan Regional Hospital. He was born October 25, 1937 in Tyhee, Idaho to Ronald Earl and Hannah Rose Croshaw Reid. He was married to Twila Harwood Cook and they were later divorced. He was married to BernaDee Evans on May 17, 1969 in Elko, Nevada.Paul loved the outdoors and loved to just be outside dutch-oven cooking, riding his 4-wheeler, and camping with his family and friends. He was a member of the Elks Lodge where he served as Exalted Ruler for two terms. He really loved his job with the Elks and being a member of that organization. He is survived by his wife BernaDee, of Preston; four sons Paul R. Reid Jr., of Pocatello, ID; David Alan (Eileen) Reid, Coeur D'Alene, ID; and Darin Paul (Ann) Reid, of Preston; Stanley Earl (Billie Jo) Reid, of Preston; five daughters Teresa (Michael) Littleford, of Pocatello, ID; Melanie (Robert) Hancock, of Pocatello, ID; Valerie (Warren) Wertman, of Cedar Rapids, IA; Tina Marie Reid, of Pocatello, ID; and Christine (Brook) Hebdon, of Preston; a stepson Kevin De (Darlene) Atkinson, of Preston; 25 grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, six step-great grandchildren, and one great-great stepgrandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was also survived by two sisters Sherrie (KC) Sherwood, of Clinton, UT; and RaNae Bolson, of Syracuse, UT; and two brothers Brent (Pati) Reid, of Salt Lake City, UT; and Joel (Lindy) Reid, of Clinton UT. He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson, and one great grandson.Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 6, 2008 at 12:00 noon in the Preston Elks Lodge. Friends may call Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Elks Lodge, and Saturday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. also at the Lodge. Interment will be in the Preston Cemetery.
