Marie LeFevre

Metta Marie LeFevre departed this life early February 3, 2017. She was born on July 13, 1939 in Hyde Park, Utah.  As Marie grew up, she enjoyed her association with cousins, family and friends. While attending Utah State University, she met her eternal companion, John Gordon LeFevre. They were sealed for Time and All Eternity July 1, 1959.

Marie was the mother of four sons, Byron John (Patricia), Brett Wayne, Robert Gordon (Denise), and Tony.  She worked hand in hand with John on the family dairy farm until he passed away in 1993. Marie was very close to her mother in law, Gladys and they enjoyed gardening and canning together.  She was an avid reader and loved family history.  Marie participated in the Daughters of Utah Pioneers and played piano for various church auxiliaries.  Marie was preceded in death by her husband John, and her parents, Wayne and Faye Waite.  The family wishes to extend their gratitude to her home health caregivers, the staff at the Heritage Home and all those who helped care for Marie.
