Jose Maria Oregel-Manzo

Jose Maria Oregel-Manzo, age 72, of San Antonio Guaracha, passed away on March 23rd, 2026, surrounded by family. Born on March 16th, 1954, in Michoacan de Ocampo, he was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Jose Maria was known for his hard work, stoic nature, and smile; and spent many years working construction all throughout the country. Jose Maria is survived by Mundo Oregel, his son, Xochitl Oregel, his daughter, and five grandkids, Arnoldo Jr. Montano, Armando Montano, Yeraldine Oregel-Manzo, Angel Montano, and Alondra Montano. Jose Maria was preceded in death by his wife, Maria Lourdes-Yepez, and another son, Armando Oregel. Jose Maria loved to go fishing and walking around town. He could fish for hours and not catch a thing but still walk away with a smile. As for walking, you’d have to take his shoes away to get him from going out. The family would like to thank the staff at Webb Funeral Home for their loving care of our grandfather.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 11 am at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 S. 800 E. Preston, Idaho. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 9:30-10:30 am. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at webbmortuary.com
