John Charles Monroe

John Charles Monroe, age 64, passed away peacefully on April 5, 2025. He was born on August 20, 1960.

John shared many years with his longtime companion, Madonna Monroe. Together, they raised their family and later enjoyed the role of grandparents.

He is survived by his three children: Justin Monroe, Tommy Monroe (Dana Hellems), and Autumn Lowder (Daniel Lowder). He also leaves behind seven grandchildren—Chloe, Katereana, Skyler, Samaria, Kaydence, Daniel (DJ), and Dylan—who brought him a great deal of joy.

John is also survived by his sister, Diane Monroe, and other extended family members who will remember him with love.

John worked as a mechanic for over 30 years and had a lifelong love of cars. He spent many weekends at the Detroit Dragway and enjoyed the peace and simplicity of camping. A man of few words, John was known for his steady presence and kind heart.
