Preston, Idaho Connie W. JensenPreston - Connie Winn Jensen, 84, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at the Franklin County Transitional Care Center in Preston, Idaho. She was born on December 1, 1923 in Trenton, Utah to Adelbert and Sarah Lovisa Hill Winn. She married Clifford "W" Jensen on July 5, 1940 in Preston, Idaho. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.Connie worked for First Security Bank and the Franklin County Assesors office for many years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in the extraction as well as Librarian, and as a visiting teacher. She always enjoyed going to the temple and was a member of the Pink Ladies. She is survived by her children, Clifford W. (Terry) Jensen, of Salt Lake City, UT; Ronald D. (Patricia) Jensen, Stafford, VA; Jay F. (Nancy) Jensen, Preston, ID; Bradley W. (Shelley) Jensen, North Logan, UT; Sheryl R. Morris, Logan, UT; Bonnie Kaye (Michael) Ayers, Camarillo, CA; 27 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and a brother Kenneth Winn, of Spanish Fork, UT. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter Deanna Lynn Davis, a son-in-law, John Morris, four sisters, and three brothers. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 13, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in the Preston 7th Ward Chapel, 155 North 2nd West, in Preston with Bishop Phil Abrams conducting. Friends may call Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 109 East Oneida, in Preston and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Smithfield, Utah Cemetery.
