Blanche Alder

Blanche Beutler Alder, 89, passed on December 25, 2017.  She was born in Dayton, Idaho on September 16, 1928 to Walter and Loverill Kemp Beutler.  She married Reo Griffeth Alder in the Logan Temple on May 27, 1955.  She served and participated in all church organizations including a mission to the Northern States along with eighteen years in genealogical research and indexing.  She taught school for eighteen years. 

She is survived by her children, Steve (Deanne), Suzette Alder, Brock (Cynthia), Trent (Stacey), 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and six siblings, Laurn (Marilyn), Hazel Spackman, Ethel (Kay) Andersen, Henry (Colleen), and Sheldon (Patsy).  She was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter Stephanie, and two sisters, Margaret (Edward) Winward and Virginia (David) Carter.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at noon in the Preston Fifth Ward Chapel, 213 S. 200 E., Preston, Idaho. Friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 S. 800 E., Preston and Thursday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the church.  Interment will be in the Preston Cemetery.  The family is grateful to all that assisted with her care.  Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.webbmortuary.com
