Bethany Smith

THATCHER, IDAHOBETHANY SMITHTHATCHER- Bethany Smith, 15, passed away on November 21, 2007 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident and has returned to live with her Heavenly Father, pure and beautiful.She was born January 22, 1992, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Richard Park and Connie Lynn Shaw Smith. She was the oldest of nine children: Samuel, Benjamin, Clarissa, Suzanna, Rebecca, Amelia, Joshua, and Nathaniel. She was the ideal big sister, and Mother's right hand, always helping anyway she could without being asked. They will miss her terribly.She was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Feb. 5, 2000, in Grace, Idaho, and has been an active member. She was in the 10th Grade at Grace High School. She participated in track and especially loved her friends and associates. She liked music and loved to sing. She is survived by her four grandparents, one great-grandpa, uncles, aunts, and cousins who love her. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2007, at noon in the Grace Idaho Stake Center with Bishop Steven J. Smith conducting. Family and friends may call Wednesday from 6-7:30 p.m. at the stake center in Grace and Thursday from 10-11:30 a.m. also at the stake center. Interment will be in the Lago, Idaho Cemetery.
