Barbara Ann Boswell

Barbara Ann Porter Boswell, 75, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 3, 2017 at her home in Riverdale, Idaho. She was born on November 18, 1941 in Pittsburg, Texas to James Carlton "Pete" and Dorthy Belle Echols Porter. She married Milton Bruce Boswell on July 6, 1993 in Manti, Utah LDS Temple.

 

Barbara is survived by her husband Bruce, of Riverdale, ID; her children Charles Pittman, Sharon Mele, Cheryl Mahr, James "Jim" Pittman, John Pittman, Chris Monson, Torie Payne, Paula Sheen, Tim Boswell, Sandra Felton, and Gary Boswell, 48 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her three brothers Jim Porter, Jay Porter, and Jeff Porter. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and a brother John Porter.

 

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Riverdale LDS Chapel, 3562 North 1600 East in Preston. A viewing will be held on Wednesday from 9:00-9:45 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Vine Bluff Cemetery in Nephi, Utah.
