Ann Spencer TalbotPRESTON, Idaho - Our loving Mother, Ann Spencer Talbot, 67, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 7, 2008, surrounded by her family at the McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah. Mom is now with her sweetheart Ivan, who she desperately missed since he passed away in July 2005. Ann was born February 27, 1941, in Logan, Utah, the daughter of DeLone and John Milton Spencer. She later moved to Cove, Utah. She married Ivan Hyrum Talbot on Nov. 15, 1957, in the Logan Temple. She lived in the Winder ward for 50 years before moving to West Haven, Utah just one year ago. Mom loved her new house and loved being closer to more family. She also missed Idaho, her friends, family and her house on the hill with the beautiful view. Mom leaves behind two daughters and five sons, Spencer (Tami) Talbot of Ogden, Boyd (Bobette) Talbot of Ogden, JoAnn (Allen) Briggs of Layton, Darryl (Lena) Talbot of Clifton, Idaho, Lola Jean (Steven) Lamb of West Haven, Jason (Anita) Talbot of N. Ogden, Casey (Jamie) Talbot of Logan; 34 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, John (Suzanne) of Lewiston, Rod (Gail) of Wisconsin, Dick of Cove. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband.Funeral services will be held at noon on Wednesday, March 12, 2008, at the Winder LDS Chapel, on Hwy 91 North, 5 miles north of Preston. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Webb Funeral Home, 109 E. Oneida, Preston, and from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the church before the service.
