What a privilege it was to know both your mom and dad and help in the care of both of them. I learned much from the example of love and dedication that they showed to each other right to the very end. Lois's determination and strength she showed in finding the physical strength to be a support to Glade and her family when she was so weak herself was nothing short of a miracle. I'm so happy for them both that they are together again well and whole. I will so miss Lois and her cute sense of humor. I will cherish my memories of her, think fondly of her and smile to myself when I think of this sweet "grey mare." In spite of what she said...I think this grey mare was all she needed to be right to the very end.

What a wonderful woman Aunt Lois was. I remember her great sense of humor and her love of laughter. She will be missed for that, and for many other reasons.
The last time my sisters (Kay and BettyLouise )and I visited with her and Uncle Glade, they held on to each others' hand like young sweethearts. The love they felt for each other was so very obvious.

Dear Housley cousins, what a wonderful mother you have. Your parents had such a deep, and abiding love for each other. What an example they were to us all. What a sweet reunion there was as they were reunited on the other sidevof the veil. We send our love to you. Tom and Reta Luke

I was so blessed to be able to take care of both Glade and Lois. They were such great examples of true love and a great marriage. They were there for each other till the end. I will always remember the song every morning and the kiss and I love you's. Lois was such a great support to her husband and kids. I miss her very much, but i know her and Glade are together and are well. I am just glad that you shared them both with me for awhile.
